National Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan Outline (2010-2020years)clearly states “To strengthen the construction of education information infrastructure”,“Tostrengthen the application of information technology” and etc. in which educationinformationization is placed in a very important position. In2012, the National Ministry ofEducation further developed Education Informationization Development Plan for Ten Years(2011-2020), and emphasized “To promote information technology and higher education to beintegrated deeply, to innovate talents training pattern” so as to push the Chinese educationinformationization to a new stage of development. It is thus clear that our nation has been awarethe importance of education informationization for the development of Higher Education. Inrecent two years, with the development of MOOCs, the needs for reform of colleges becomemore urgent, and especially the reform of college class teaching mode has been imminent. Basedon this kind of needs, this paper discusses in detail on reflection and reconstruction for collegeclass teaching mode under MOOCs background.MOOCs is the large-scale and open network online courses risen in recent two years withcharacteristics of openness, fragmentation and generativity, which is conducive to change thelearning style of students and the teaching way of teachers to realize sharing of resources and toimprove teaching quality. This requires the college class teaching should be transformed from theaspects of teaching subjects, teaching content, teaching methods and teaching evaluation etc.Two ways about questionnaire and interview are adopted to make a survey about the currentsituation of college class teaching mode. College class teaching mode exists many problems.College class teaching form is single. Teachers manipulate the teaching process. The relationshipbetween teachers and students is inharmonious. The teaching content is prepared in advance. Theteaching method is inflexible. The teaching evaluation is unreasonable.Based on the above content, according to constructing principles of college class teachingmode, a hierarchical hybrid teaching mode is trying to be constructed. According to subjectsclassification standards of specialized courses, elective courses and general courses, specialized courses adopting mixed teaching mode, public elective courses adopting mixed teaching modeand general courses adopting mixed teaching mode are constructed respectively. Specializedcourses adopting mixed teaching mode is designed by “studying in the classroom is in the firstand studying online is in the second”. Public elective courses adopting mixed teaching mode isemphasized by “studying online is in the first and studying offline is in the second”. Generalcourses adopting mixed teaching mode is designed by “studying online and studying offline iscooperated”. The implementation of the mode needs four conditions to ensure, including collegesystem support, technical support, improving the teachers and students’ information literacy,forming teaching and counseling team.
