Study On The Application Of Psychological Counseling In Ideological And Political Education Of College Students

Traditional ideological and political education of college students have taken the indoctrination and preaching style education methods to ignore each student’s different actual condition and the inner aspirations, its effective function is weakened gradually. This needs the psychological counseling as a new method is intorduced into the Ideological and political education, not only improve the university voluntarily accept and practice, but also the new idea of jobs for the workers of Ideological and political education of college students.In this paper, based on marxist theory, combined with psychology, education and sociology, the comprehensive knowledge of many disciplines, and discusses the system research to the application of psychological counseling in Ideological and political education of college students.This paper mainly consists of four parts.First of all, from the perspective of the basic knowledge, gives an overview of the relevant theory of psychological counseling in Ideological and political education of college students, to lay the theoretical foundation and prerequisite for the further study. Secondly, the author takes the way of questionnaire survey on college students’Ideological and political education of psychological counseling contents of investigation, arrangement, analysis and induction, in the form of chart show the existence of college students in learning, interpersonal relationship, emotion, employment and personality problems and confusion, and described the five different way and method of counseling. Thirdly, the author takes the psychological counseling which exists in the use of Ideological and political education of college students as the starting point, carries on the concrete analysis of the causes, and provide basis for making the strategy. Finally, the author used the analysis as the basis, targeted proposed the psychological counseling to enhance three path of Ideological and political education of college students, namely the theory construction, team construction, construction of carrier.Through the systematic research on the above conclusion as following: psychological counseling to effectively compensate for some shortcomings of traditional ideological and political education of college students, to enhance its pertinence, scientific and effective, but in the actual use of immature still exist in the process, which requires the ideological and political education of college students from different angles and at different levels, puts forward countermeasures to the psychological counseling practice, to make college students’psychological and ideological confusion timely guidance and effective solution to promote the all-round development of college students, for "Chinese dream" realization of plant promoters and practitioners.
