The Study Of Humane Care And Psychological Counseling In The Ideological And Political Education To University Students

The report of the 17 th national congress pointed out: "strengthening and improving ideological and political work, pay attention to humanistic care and psychological counseling,with the right way to deal with interpersonal relationships." The report emphasized in the 18 th national congress: "pay attention to humanistic care and psychological counseling, to foster self-esteem, self-confidence, rational calm, positive social mentality." These highlights the important function and status of humanistic care and psychological counseling under the new situation, and points out the direction of the further development of ideological and political education in the new period, its abundant connotation of the new opens a new field of vision to the ideological and political education.In this paper, through literature research and system analysis method, on the basis of clearly understanding of the connotation, content, and the internal connection on ideological and political education of humanistic care and psychological counseling, discussing the reality value of humanistic care and psychological counseling of college students' ideological and political education in the new period, systematically summing up the cause and missing of humanistic care and psychological counseling in current ideological and political education,and putting forward the corresponding countermeasures.First of all, in the ideological and political education for college students to interpret the connotation of humanistic care and psychological counseling and carding the content, on the basis of analysis of the ideological and political education under the vision of the internal connection of humanistic care and psychological counseling, namely: the humanities care decides psychological counseling, stipulates the direction of the psychological counseling;psychological counseling reveals humanities concern, it is an important way of implementing humanistic care. Relationship between humanistic care and psychological counseling is like thought and psychology, they complement each other and promote each other.Secondly, clearly knowing the value of ideological and political education of humanistic care and psychological counseling. Man is the object of humanistic care and psychological counseling to man-made object that embodies the respect for the people and culture. The idea is throughout the whole process of ideological and political education practice, which not only embodies the inner requirement of ideological and political education, but also enhances the development of college students' ideological and political education, effectiveness and scientific nature. In the new period, strengthening the ideological and political education and paying attention to humanistic care and psychological counseling is in need to carry out the scientific outlook on development, construct of harmonious campus in colleges and universities, and also promote the healthy development of the college students' comprehensive needs.Thirdly, this paper discusses the lack and cause of humanistic care and psychological counseling in the ideological and political education. At present, although the humanistic careand psychological counseling in the ideological and political education is more important and get more attention, but the lack and deficiency still exist in the ideological and political education, they are : ignore the student main body status; neglect of students personality shaping; education content is far away from the students actual life. The cause of the humanistic care and psychological counseling in the lack of the ideological and political education of college students mainly is: "people-oriented" concept in colleges and universities has not yet truly established; Traditional education "common" light "personality"; The ideological and political education content and humanistic care and psychological counseling method of connection is not strong and the current education is relatively single, education has not yet formed.Finally, this paper puts forward to strengthen the ideological and political education countermeasures of humanistic care and psychological counseling. According to humanistic care and psychological counseling in college students' ideological and political education in our country the manifestations and causes of missing analysis, we should start from several aspects to explore the countermeasures.
