The textbook is the text of teachers’ teaching,the guide ofstudents’ learning, and also is the text author according to the curriculumstandard textbook of curriculum content description and specification ofconcrete. Scientific management the textbooks by the schools and therational use of the textbooks by the teachers, will enhance the studentsstudy efficiency, will help to cultivate the students practical ability andcreative spirit, and help to achieve the quality of students comprehensiveimprovement.However, because of various problems in this process,cause the function of the textbooks reduce, and it is hard to improve thequality of teaching in school. Therefore, this study investigation on twomiddle schools about the problem of teachers using textbooks in theteaching management by questionnaire and interview, analysis the causesof these problems, and based on this to propose the correspondingcountermeasures. And expects to be helpful to the school managementand teachers textbook use.In order to achieve this purpose, this study mainly from thefollowing aspects:First of all, introduce the study background/significance/study basisand ideas and methods; Secondly, to investigate the use of textbooks in Hcity two secondary schools; Thirdly, on the basis of the investigation,analysis of the problems existing in the textbooks used andcountermeasures are proposed; Finally, From the management oftextbooks and the use of textbooks by teacher two aspects proposedcountermeasures: school need update the concept of teaching management, to improve the usage of textbook management system, tocreate a relaxed environment of the textbook use, to establish a variousteachers evaluation system, and also to improve the quantity and qualityof teacher training; teachers should establish the scientific concept ofteaching materials, to strengthen the teachers evaluation of the textbook,and also to promote the professional development of teachers to usetextbooks and scientific.
