A Study On The Internal Textbook Management System Of Higher Education Institutions

The teaching materials are the basic tools for training talents and teaching,which embody and interpret the basic teaching contents stipulated in the syllabus of each relevant topics and provide appropriate assurance for the implementation of the teaching plan.Since the teaching of professional knowledge is highly valued in our higher education institutions,The results of teaching materials in higher education are reflected to a great extent in the level of research and teaching in higher education,and they are also the barometer of the times,it is able to reflect the process of development of the present higher education institutions.Therefore,it is very necessary to construct the internal teaching material management system.This study will adopt the research paradigm of "as if it were so",and study it according to the basic train of thought of "should-actually" and "should-actually".Based on the combination of theory and practice,this research makes the whole research comprehensive.Taking the internal textbook management system of colleges and universities as the starting point and ending point,the internal textbook management system of Sheng yang Normal University was studied in depth,and feasible suggestions were put forward for the current textbook management system of Sheng yang Normal University.This paper includes five parts.Chapter 1: Introduction.In this chapter,five aspects are expounded,namely,problem posing,purpose and content of the study,literature review and significance,from which the foundation for the current research on higher schools.Chapter 2: A theoretical study on the internal textbook management system of higher education institutions.Chapter 3:Build the internal teach manage materials in higher education colleges.This chapter clarifies the subjects and contents of the in higher education colleges and constructs the six systems of the internal teaching materials management in higher education institutions,namely,textbook subscription system,textbook selection system,textbook distribution and collection system,textbook storage and manage system,textbook settlement system,and textbook evaluation system.Chapter 4: Reflection on the internal textbook management system of Shenyang Normal University.In this chapter,we analyze the existing textbook management system of Shenyang Normal University from explaining and applying the constructed internal textbook manage system and presenting textbook management system of Shenyang Normal University,namely,the imperfect system of textbook subscription,the imperfect mechanism of textbook selection,the confusion of textbook distribution and collection system,the imperfect mechanism of selecting textbooks,the confusion of distributing and receiving text books,the lack of unified management system of textbooks storehouse,the indefiniteness and lack of work of the accounting system of textbooks expenses,and the lack of attention to the evaluation system of textbooks.The textbook distribution and collection system is uncertainty,there is no unified textbook storage and management system,the textbook cost settlement system is not clear and not in place,and the textbook evaluation system is not enough.Chapter 5: Reflections on how to improve the internal textbook management system of Shenyang Normal University.In this chapter,from the state of contingency,six countermeasures are suggested to build a perfect textbook subscription system,establish a reasonable textbook selection mechanism,plan a good textbook distribution and collection system,optimize the textbook library management system,further clarify manage system,strengthen the textbook evaluation system to provide assistance in the evaluation of textbooks.
