In order to meet the needs of the development of education in the new era,in September 2019,the "Ministry Edition" textbooks deployed by the Ministry of Education and after years of hard work were rolled out nationwide.Faced with such a huge reform of teaching materials,it is a new challenge for both the school's teaching management and first-line Chinese teachers.This article takes the "Ministry Edition" elementary school Chinese textbook as an example,and compares it with the "Personal Education Edition" elementary school Chinese textbook,presenting the core concepts and compilation characteristics of the new textbook;and taking "Zhongshan City A Primary School" as the research object,the questionnaire survey and interviews to sort out the current status of the implementation of the "Ministry-Edition" elementary school Chinese textbooks as follows:First,teachers have a high degree of recognition of the "Ministry-Edition" textbooks;second,teachers lack a deep understanding of the "Ministry-Edition" textbooks;third,a large number of supporting resources of the"Ministry Edition" have emerged under the impact of the epidemic;fourth,students have not yet broken through the learning shortcomings in the context of the use of the "Ministry Edition" textbooks.In addition,the implementation of the new textbook exists the following problems:first,teachers worry and lack confidence when using the new textbook;second,the backward teaching profession cannot satisfy the ability requirement of the new textbook;third,teachers highly rely on the traditional teaching mode and online resources and lack teaching innovation;fourth,the new textbook increases parents' anxiety and the after-class tutoring increase the burden of learning.The reasons are as follows:first,non-teaching tasks occupy a lot of time for teachers;second,teachers lack effective and efficient teaching and research;third,teachers lack professional quality and there are gaps in the professional growth of teachers:fourth,today's primary school language field lacks a training system for "assignment" teaching;fifth,the short use of new textbooks and the COVID-19 epidemic have caused students to lag in the learning effect.Based on this,the author proposes the following teaching management experience based on the "Ministry Edition" textbooks in the implementation process:first,optimize the educational ecological environment,and provide reliable guarantee for teachers to devote themselves to education and teaching;second,integrate the regional excellent teachers pool and conduct teaching research;third,strengthen the construction of teacher team and encourage the professional growth of teachers;fourth,build an assignment teaching system and innovate the composition evaluation system.
