In contemporary society highly information development throw down gauntlet to the basic education of our country.In order to meet the basic infoumation education,we should improve the degree of attention and depth of research for primary IT education.In2000,the Ministry of Education issued a notice"primary and secondary IT Curriculum Design(Trial)".After that primary and secondary IT education turn into the system of school curriculum as a formal subjects.Also set off a wave of school IT curriculum studies.This study is based on Gagne’s learning theory,the purpose is to optimize the teaching effect.
