With the advancement of Chinese excellent traditional culture and education,the study of primary poetry in primary schools has received more and more attention.However,how to evaluate pupils' ancient poetry learning has become a topic worthy of attention.At present,there are problems in the evaluation of primary poems in primary schools,such as the single evaluation method and the memorization of masterpieces,which leads to the lack of good feelings for primary school students in learning ancient poetry.The study intends to use the SOLO classification theory,an observable thinking structure,to qualitatively evaluate the pupils' ancient poetry learning and promote the promotion of pupils' ancient poetry literacy.This study attempts to change the function of overemphasis on screening and selection in the past evaluation,and to exert the function of assessment to promote student development and improve teachers' teaching practice.The study selected senior elementary school students from Grade X in Haikou as the research object.Based on the SOLO classification theory,the ancient poetry learning assessment questions were designed using interviews,measurements,and other methods.The previous level of structure,level of single structure,level of multi-level structure,level of association,level of abstraction,etc.Five levels determine the level of students' thinking structure and find that the level of thinking of the ancient high school students in ancient poetry learning has been at the level of relevance structure.If we guide them in the teaching of ancient poetry,the students' thinking level will develop to an abstract level.Therefore,as teachers should pay more attention to the student's ancient poetry learning process,dilute the poetic interpretation,encourage students to read independently,respect the students' personal interpretation,and comprehensively improve the students' ancient poetry literacy.
