We are entering the era of the knowledge economy from an industrial economy, the root cause of the current development of information technology education in China is to educate the whole society must adapt to the changes in production methods and lifestyle. With the population of Microblog, Wechat and other micro-information software, all the society go into a "micro era." Then the micro-lesson open the education’s micro era. As a new micro-lesson resources for our educational information and teaching, micro-lessons are important to the learning reforms. This article start with the literature theory of lessons and courses.The concept of micro-lessons, micro "class" and micro courses were analyzed and discussed. Through the comparative analysis of various experts and scholars on the micro class I draw a definition of micro lessons miniature teaching courses online which have a dapper content and shorter time. By analyzing the current social educators’understands of micro-lesson misunderstanding, pointed out this new micro-lesson teaching model has a great innovation to the traditional online teaching model. The design of micro-classes should not only consider the changes in the structure and the carriers on its use, but should also pay attention to how to choose their course contents, organizations and designs. Only do "both inside and outside" in order to play the role of promoting the education’s reform.By analyzing the network teaching design elements, I design a single micro-lesson’s model. The development of Electrifying Education never stop in the new era. From the past, mainly of us focusing on the use of media in teaching to transfer the educational information.But at now we go into a new perspective of knowledge management that we consider the knowledge as an important role of society’s production, and there is a discipline of knowledge’s using in educational activities. So we can scientifically adjust our information technology in education’s policy, to promote access to knowledge, dissemination, sharing, utilization and innovation. Because the mode of micro-lecture learning is fragmented, so the most important and puzzled problem is how to design a system of the study of micro-lecture. In this paper, combined with TAO (topic, association, occurrence) structure topic map mode, I creat a fusion of knowledge element of the integration of knowledge resources map.I analysis the associations of the knowledge elements from the massive knowledge resources, then combin some of them to design the topic map of micro-lecture. At last I use the analytical techniques to modify the learning topic map, in order to improve the micro-class resource utilization and the effectiveness of the completive learning.
