As China’s population aging phenomena goes severe characterized by being high-level aging, China has become a country with the biggest population of old people in the world. However, a lack of endowment secure system brings about pressure to the aging care. What the western countries have gained indicates that social enterprise is an efficient way to solve social problems. Combined with advantages of economical efficiency and social efficiency, aging care enterprise provides multiple services with its alert reaction to what the aging people need. It also plays a part as what the public service has always been lacking of to a great extent. However, as a matter of fact, aging care social enterprise is also stuck with problems of service value development, poor service skills and talents lacking, which leads to a result that the aging care social enterprise is not able to provide professional service. Social work, as a professional care and service science, plays a role for the aging care social enterprise development with its professional knowledge and skills.This article takes X aging care social enterprise as an example, aiming to explore social work’s improvement on professional performance of social enterprise. In this research, concerning the existing problems in the X enterprise, the social workers apply all kinds of social working theories and methods, and work out a practical and feasible aging-people oriented service program. It is carried out by planning, improving service, talents supplementary, team working and personnel training. It shows that social work can improve the professional service for the aging care social enterprise and promote its development.
