Personality is a person’s label. People’s future is up to his personality. Teaching is to protect students’nature and develop students’ personality style. Primary school period is the foundation and important individual learning in the process of growth stage. Teachers should cultivate a thoughtful, independent and innovative future master. The study of personalized teaching first began in the western developed countries. In recent years our country put forward quality education and advocate the education idea of "student centered". Therefore personalized teaching gradually popularized. The research on this topic emerge in an endless stream. In theory, many scholars have had a very in-depth study of it. In school, there are a lot of teachers in studying new method on personality teaching. This paper mainly invests and analysis the present teaching situation in primary school Chinese class. It also introduces good experiences in teaching, show the class teaching, analysis the practical problems, and summarize some recommendations. It provides some experience to teachers.I divided into five parts to build this thesis.The first part is the introduction. Reference to the teaching of confusion and problems, I analysis the cause of the problem, put forward the necessity of teaching reform, and points out the direction of the reform. I quot the new innovation of teaching in Chinese teaching, demonstrate the practical significance of personalized teaching. I compare the course of Chinese and foreign research context, and analysis weather the individualized teaching reform is suitable for Chinese class.The second part is the study of New standard requirement for personalized teaching, The characteristics of individualized teaching and The practical significance.In the third part, in primary school, the questionnaire of personalized teaching on Chinese collective guiding mode of classroom implementation present situation, through the questionnaire survey, show the class of personalized teaching, through the survey data, it analysis the problems in personalized teaching as well as the cause of the problem.In the fourth part, I analyze the situation above and give out better teaching suggestions to primary Chinese teachers in personalized teaching class.The fifth part is the Conclusion.
