Teaching is the core of the whole work in school. With the popularization of the new curriculum reform, many more researchers were interested in teaching. Based on the theory of pedagogy and some achievements in research, my research, originating from the practice and adapting some researching methods, including document, observation, questionnaire and interview, focus on the condition and some problems of the primary school attached to Northwest Normal University.The research on the primary school attached to Northwest Normal University were carried out from six aspects, that is to say, the condition of teachers, the condition of the teaching management, the condition of teaching in classroom, the condition of the teaching resource, the condition of scientific research and school-based curriculum research, the condition of teaching evaluation. At last, we found that there was much achievement in teaching work in the primary school attached to Northwest Normal University.However, some problems that should be paid attention to were found in research. The quantities of teachers were not enough, and the structure of teachers' age was unreasonable, but also the number of the teachers of the subjects was unbalanced. The cultural construction of school was imperfect, and the management of teaching lacked characteristic. Students' important position couldn't be embodied obviously in the classroom teaching. The present resources of school were not made full use of. Educational research of school had no core and couldn't be extensively popularized. School-based curricular research lacked depth and width. The ways of teaching evaluation were dull and student's anticipation in evaluation were not put emphasis on.These problems were analyzed in detail and many countermeasures and suggestions were put forward. The system of "talents' introduction to school or talents 'training in school" should be set up, and the new environment of the construction of teachers should be constructed. Small class teaching should be realized, and the cultural construction of school should be strengthened. Classroom teaching should be optimized through applying the developmental teaching strategies. The system of teaching resources should be improved by setting up the right ideas of resources. School-based curriculum should bedeveloped through carrying out School-based teaching research. The system of teaching evaluation should be improved by means of advocating students' anticipation in evaluation.
