As we all know, language is the most important tool for thinking and communication between people, is a necessary condition to participate in social life. Language involves all aspects of society. Language teaching can not put all the knowledge of the language and cultural knowledge and language related to teach all students. "Give a man a fish, as delegate to fish",the means that teachers should teach students "how to learn" rather than just "learn anything", therefore, teachers should focus on the use of learning strategies.Primary stage is a period of mental, emotional, rapid development of attitudes and values,and is the most critical stage of language learning. The research shows that high school and university students of English literature learning strategies used more, less research students and research students learn strategies to use at least bilingual teaching areas. This paper specifically for Korean students from elementary school would accept in Korean, Chinese, English learning, in order to investigate the use of students’English learning strategies,and proposes the use of strategies to promote student learning teaching strategies aimed at improving students’learning efficiency, improving academic performance.In this thesis, in the form of questionnaires and interviews, a study from the following five aspects:1. Use overall survey of Korean students English learning strategies; 2. Analysis top students and poor students in English learning strategies difference; 3. Analyze the correlation between the use of English learning strategies and academic achievements; 4. Korean elementary school English Learning Strategies Training situation; 5. Summary Korean students English learning problems and deficiencies in strategy use; 6. Korean students look for reasons of strategy use problems; 7. Proposed countermeasures to promote Korean students of English learning Strategies.Through questionnaires and data analysis, In this paper, the following conclusions:1.Korean students use English learning strategies at the middle level(3.51), using the mean score from high in the end followed by regulatory policy (3.59), resource strategy (3.54), cognitive strategies (3.49) and communication strategies (3.47).2. cognitive strategies, regulatory strategies, communication strategies and resources strategies and academic levels at 0.01 obvious link, the correlation coefficient is 0.697,0.660,0.639,0.598.3. The top students of poor students have significant differences in the use of learning strategies.4.Training Korean primary school English learning strategies influence the choice and use of learning strategies.5. Problems four Korean students in the cognitive strategies. First, students are not good at reading English reading materials. Second, students are not good at using a migration method to learn English. Third, the students do not take the initiative to learn good English. Finally, students are not good at learning and family interaction.6. regulation on the use of strategies, there are two aspects of students. First, students are not good at participating in the activities organized by the school in English. Second, students are not good at English to develop their own plans.7. Use of the communication strategies, students are not good at English to communicate with people.8. Students use resources policies are not good note appearing in advertising or broadcasting English.By culturing survey of Korean elementary school English learning strategies as well as analysis of the causes and induction, recommendations are as follows:Pupils extracurricular English reading and students’ interest in reading should be taken seriously. Students’ ability to transfer learning is training; students’ interest in learning English was trained to enhance learning self-confidence. Schools should regularly organize activities for students interested in English. Students take the initiative to develop the habit of English learning program. Schools should train students to speak English, communication habits, and should pay attention to the life of media resources to help students learn English.
