The generation of emotion is caused by certain objective things, objective things is the source of emotions and feelings. Emotion is attitude to.organism biological need experience, emotion is the attitude to social need experience, emotion is temporary, has the impulse, the stability, persistence, and the depth of emotion have larger. Mood change tend to reflect the depth of emotion, emotion is developed on the basis of the mood. Therefore, cultivating emotional need to start from the emotional management.of emotionPrimary stage is the obvious emotion evolving stage, joy, anger, sadness and happiness are easy to reflect from their faces, but also vulnerable to be influenced and dominated by the surrounding things, easily excited, not easy to be controlled, the rates are great mood changes, are particularly vulnerable to classmates and teachers’influence, sometimes in high spirits because of teachers’encourage, and sometimes depressed because of conflict with the students, so the emotional state is very unstable. Therefore, in the teaching and classroom management process teacher needs to model and guide students to regulate mood at any time, so they can always be in a positive emotional state and improve the vitality of their learning and life. But nowadays, in the daily management of primary school classes, most teachers focus on students’grades and behavior norms, ethics, security issues, while ignoring the development of students’ability to regulate emotion. Especially in the high-grade class management, due to the requires of physical change and learning enhancing, which causes greater magnitude on emotional development and changes, handling improperly will not only affect the cohesion of the class, but also affect students’daily learning and life. Recognition of the students’emotions and to teach students to regulate emotions is an important manifestation of upper primary classes in teacher management and management capabilities. Real education is to cultivate people’s education, rather than training a learning machine, especially timely emotional concern, psychological guidance for students in upper primary is crucial for the development of students, so that children benefit for the infinite lifetime.Based on the domestic and foreign research on the basic theory and methodology, according to "schutte Emotional Intelligence Scale" self "Emotional Management of primary questionnaire" by Liu Yanmei, Chen Hong in 2008 revised to Changchun, Jilin.Province Economic Development Zone car Thirteenth five or six grade elementary school students as an object of investigation and study on the implementation of class management education emotional depth and meticulous research, and summarize the emotional management issues and causes upper primary class management, and put forward the corresponding application strategy.This study investigated the results of the emotional education class management implementation status, here are the following problems (1) Class management remains more influential examination-oriented education. (2) The importance of cognitive emotional education, but the implementation is not enough. (3) Phenomenon that lack of communication and communication skills in classroom management (4) Emotional development of students in level on the side, prefer the extent of the emotional impact of class management capabilities. Here are the reasons:(1) Emphasis on the emotional education is not enough, school educational philosophy deviates. (2) Students Subjectivity is insufficient to meet the emotional development of the individual. (3) Class teacher are lack of management theory and guidance methods are not in place. (4) The absence of emotional in social education environment increases the difficulty of educating people. (5) Social apathy leads to action on uncooperative.To effectively enhance the effect of upper primary education classes in emotional management strategies are as follows:(1) Integration of emotional education in the overall development of students. (2) Cultivate emotion in class culture (.3) Set up emotional training mode for the students. (4) Classroom management strategies in teaching emotional education. (5) Affectionately process, evaluation and incentive. The research findings on the management of upper primary classes emotional education status quo and countermeasures will provide useful lessons for fellow teachers.
