On the basis of emotional education, while trying to fully consider the factors related to the students' perception, this research focused on arousing the students` non-intelligent factors-the positive effect of feelings. Various research methods were employed. Experiments, investigations, data analysis and research on literature carried out in and out of class all contribute to the conclusions obtained. Meanwhile, drawing on the research results in the field of emotional education both at home and abroad, great effort was taken to make a valuable probe on the positive effects generated by emotional factors in the junior middle school classroom teaching management. By systematically analyzing of the data obtained from the research on the subjects in the experiments, three principles can be got from classroom teaching management optimized by employing emotional teaching methods.1. To stir the motivation by inspiring the students` interest using feelings2. To cause the students` feelings and interest by creating a real situation.3. To teach with feelings, promoting the harmonious development of the students` feelings and perception. By the research on the emotional factors being utilized in junior middle school English-teaching, four conclusions can be drawn..1. To reinforce the emotional designs in classroom teaching is the premise of a successful class.2. To enhance the emotional education in class can optimize the teaching process.3. Utilizing the positive effects arising from the emotional factors proved to be able to improve the students` learning efficiency, attitude and promote the students` intelligent development.4. Teaching with feelings can harmonize the relationship between the teacher and the students, resulting in successful operation of teaching and learning.
