| Contemporary college students are in multicultural environment, and new ideas are surging. They have very strong demand for the material and spiritual culture. Their thought emotional, mood volatile are very vulnerable to external factors, then produce unhealthy mood, and threaten mental health. In2004, the CPC Central Committee and State Council issued the "Opinion on Further Strengthening and Improving Ideological and Political Education of College Students"(in the file [2004] No.16) stressed that:"To strengthen and improve ideological and political education of College Students, we should not only persuade through reasoning, but also affect them by feeling.To adhere to the people-oriented, close to reality, close to live, close to students, to improve the accuracy, affectiveness, attractiveness and appeal, to cultivate the overall development of socialist qualified builders and reliable successors."Emotional management as a means of college students on their own emotional awareness, control and regulation, closely linked with the students themselves, it can not only persuade through reasoning from cognizing emotional causes, but also affect them by feeling from the perspective of emotional contagion.It should be widely used in the practice of ideological and political education, to provide chances in improving the level of emotional intelligence of contemporary college students,promoting the mental health of college students, and increasing the effectiveness and appeal of the ideological and political education.It has important practical significance on further strengthening and improving ideological and political education.Based on the meaning and function of emotion management, the thesis discusses the necessity and feasibility of the combination of the ideological and political education.Then it follows the classic structure of "status quo-reason-countermeasure", and summarizes the status of emotional intelligence of the contemporary college students, and analyses its causes.Then based on the reasons,it put forward new ways of contemporary ideological and political education,which are based on emotion management. Specifically, the article has a discussion on the topic from three aspects:The first chapter mainly introduces the concept of emotional management and the necessity and feasibility of the ideological and political education as the basis for emotional management. Connotation introduction includes the core emotions of the emotional management, emotional intelligence which is the measurement of emotional intelligence and the concept of emotional management itself. By analyzing the necessity and feasibility of the ideological and political education,which is based on emotional management,in a multi-angle way, the article pointed out the role and the operational value of the emotional management in the ideological and political education.The second chapter mainly summarized the status quo of past decade contemporary college students’ emotional intelligence level, and its reason analysis. By sorting out and summing up the sample survey data made by many scholars throughout the country during these time,I sum up the performance and problems of contemporary college students’ emotional intelligence. Then, looking in perspective of ideological and political educator,I analysis these performance and problems from the four elements of ideological and political education system including "subject, object, mediator, environment".The third chapter proposes new mode of ideological and political education based on emotional management, which is the core content of this article. Based on the analysis of the above results, I proposes new mode of ideological and political education based on emotional management from four aspects of the four elements of ideological and political education system-"subject, object, mediator, environment".They are:Making subject as the entry point,we should make ideological and political educators raise attention on emotional management and use it in their daily life and work;Making object as the entry point,we should make ideological and political educated fully grasp the scientific method of emotional management; Making mediator as the entry point,we should use emotion education as our method; Making environment as the entry point,we should create external conditions for cultivating good emotions by optimizing the campus environment, family environment and social environment.From each element,we should infiltrate emotional management into the ideological and political education,to form the new effective mode of emotional management based on ideological and political education. |
