During the middle school,classroom management is very significant to classroom teaching. However, Influenced by examination- oriented education, the present classroom management just means the management of discipline in class and the interference or direct stopping for students’ misbehavior or violations in class. Some teachers do not organize teaching and manage class based on the characteristics of adolescent’s physical and mental growth and the features of the mood swings of individual psychologic status. Therefore, the usage of emotional strategy in classroom management in Middle School is efficient for promoting class teaching,then twice as much can be accomplished with half the effort. But according to the previous relevant study, there are few similar studies like this, and there is also a lack of theoretical guidance for the practice. Thus, the study of the usage of emotional strategy in classroom management in Middle School is necessary for enriching the known theory. Meanwhile, the study also contributes to improve the relationship between teachers and students. Additionally, it can offer some practical experience for the efficiency of class management and class teaching.The researcher conducted a questionnaire survey in D class of A Middle School, as well as an interview of five teachers randomly. The aim is to learn the basic condition of students in class and the usage of the Emotional Strategy in Classroom Managementof different teachers. The researcher has made a conclusion that: it is common that students have misbehavior or violations in class. Some students even have violent mood swings in class, and they get too much dignity and rebellion. As for this fact, the researcher attempts to analyze the possible reasons of this phenomenon from three aspects-- individuals, teachers and the family. Based on respecting students, the study put forward some practical measures about the usage of emotional strategy in classroom management in Middle School. The researcher has put this theory into use and combine the theory with practicein D class.During the observing period of two years, the researcher has found that the misbehavior or violations in class has been declined, and the study score and behavior in class has been improved. Meanwhile, the usage of emotional strategy in classroom management can effectively guide and help students relieve bad mood, assisting students getting through the crisis of emotion, relationship,study and confidence. As a whole, the emotional strategy in classroom management can strengthen the relationship between teachers and students,and it can also make them teach and study in a positive atmosphere, thus promoting both classroom management and classroom teaching.
