Research On The Educational Function Of College Campus Behavior Culture

As the important expression of the spiritual civilization construction at university, campus culture is a great standard for gradation and level of running schools. Further, dynamic campus behavior culture plays a crucial role in the development of campus culture, which is reflected by behavioral habits, group activities, life-styles and other external active states between teachers and students. Therefore, strengthening the construction of campus behavior culture is beneficial to promote the spiritual civilization, the school spirit and the school comprehensive strength.This thesis consists of four parts. Introdution explains the research background, the domestic and foreign research tendency, the research thoughts, the methods and the innovations. Chapter 1 describes the development of college campus culture and campus behavior culture with connotation, feature and fuction, then analyzes the close relationship between college campus culture and campus behavior culture. Chapter 2 investigates the present state of campus behavior culture, meanwhile systematically discusses about the existed problems and their causes. Chapter 3 provides three significant process to strengthen the construction of campus behavior culture: clearing the developing thoughts, building the developing environment and improving the developing system.In conclusion, to strengthen the construction of campus behavior culture,we should emphasize on the socialist core values, the human-oriented idea and the combination of students’ all round development, improving the working mechanism, the external environment construct and the inner environmental control of campus behavior culture, the excellent traditional culture, the college spiritual culture and the college cultural richness. Finally, strengthening the campus behavior culture can build up healthy mental atmosphere, active studying atmosphere, and colorful campus atmosphere for teachers and students, also enhance the educational function and increase the school popularity and reputation.
