Since the State Sports General Administration of my country officially launched the "National Youth Campus Football Activities",campus football has developed rapidly,and building a campus football culture has become one of the paths to further promote the development of campus football.Compared with the construction of ordinary school football culture,the construction of campus football characteristic school football culture is more representative.This research adopts the method of literature data,interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics.Based on the perspective of organizational behavior,this paper analyzes the role of football teachers in the construction of football culture in schools with campus football characteristics,aiming to provide countermeasures for promoting the construction of football culture in schools with campus football characteristics by correctly guiding and correcting football teachers’ teaching behavior.This research mainly analyzes the teaching fair behavior,teaching investment behavior,teaching reflection behavior,knowledge sharing behavior and cooperation behavior of football teachers.The study found that football teachers’ teaching behavior has problems such as unfair distribution of teaching resources,unbalanced teaching investment,shallow teaching reflection,low knowledge sharing and low cooperation frequency.Research recommendations:(1)To improve the current situation of unfair distribution of teachers’ teaching resources,first of all,it is necessary to clarify the teaching objectives,secondly to formulate a fair and just teaching evaluation system,and to improve teachers’ professional quality;(2)To improve the current situation of teachers’ unbalanced teaching investment,first of all To coordinate the proportion of teachers’ teaching investment,the second is to improve the relationship between the principal and the teacher;(3)to improve the problem of simple reflection in teaching,first of all,to increase the intensity of reflection,and secondly to improve the timeliness of reflection,and to improve the structure of reflection(4)To improve the status quo of the low level of teachers’ knowledge sharing,first of all,it is necessary to strengthen the trust of teachers’ organizations,and secondly,to attach importance to the construction of knowledge sharing culture;Second,we must build a culture of teacher cooperation.
