Education is the key to extend human material civilization and spiritual civilization. As we all know, education should start from early childhood. People pay more and more attention on preschool education in modern society and also the education form is becoming more and more rich. The infant picture book is one of them, and it gets the favor of the parents because of its directness, convenience, interactivity in education. In this paper, author makes a research on the visual language of infant picture book. The colour collocation and expression form of the current infant picture books are deeply discussed, as well as its significance in education and its development status, to explore a suitable development direction for infant picture book in China.
