Golf is a green, healthy and pleasurable leisure time activity for more and more both men and women can be enjoyed by all age groups who live in east coast cities in China such as Shanghai. As the first step for the golf beginner, swing is basic to them. From the decade of reviews, the relation between golf and health are mentioned in many researches, there is a low number show that the effects of golf swing on female health. This paper assumed that the effects of golf swing on physical condition and mental health. We used experimental method and measurement to show that the difference on indicators of physical condition and mental health between intervention experiment. In that way, we can provide some suggestion of promoting adult female health and also and enrich the golf related theoretical research, expand the practice of applied research. The result showed that:1. Golf swing has some effect on physical health of adult female as below: First, there is no significant difference in the body compose of subjects. But there is a positively correlated between the time of exercise and the growing of skeletal muscle. It showed that the longer time you exercise the more skeletal muscle you would get. golf swing may have positive effect on bone density that to reduce the risk of the rate of osteoporosis. Second, there is a significant difference in both SBP and DBP after the experiment. This contributes to the reduced cardiovascular risk factors that have been observed in this study. Third, in addition, Golf swing has a great work in grip strength, but there is no change in indicator of the low limb strength. From the result showed that playing golf swing contained components of potential health benefits that engage proprioceptive sense of elbow.2. Golf swing has some effect on mental health of adult female as below: First, the experiment showed that golf swing has a good benefit to help female decompression, and also reduce the work burnout and build the confidence in their daily life. Second, the result showed the significant difference in the indictor of mental, environmental, social relationship in WHO-BREF. And get them involved in a good quality of life in some extent.3. Although the exercise time and the intensity in this study show that all the subjects learn the skill of swing well, there still part of indictors were not change.4. Some part of indictors had a significant difference during this experiment, but others did not change. We can draw a picture that golf swing had not strong effect on female health not only in physical condition but also in mental.
