| As an outdoor leisure project,golf allows people to exercise in the state of enjoying the natural environment.When playing golf,it can not only exercise the body,but also make people feel happy.There are more and more colleges and universities offering golf majors in our country,and the number of students specialized in golf in colleges and universities is increasing gradually.At present,most studies on the relationship between golf sports and health are conducted at the theoretical level.There are relatively few researches on the specific effects of golf sports on physical and psychological indicators.This article USES the literature material method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey,experimental method and mathematical statistics research methods,such as golf special 24 students in wuhan institute of physical education as research object,indicators for 14 weeks before and after the training body(body weight,physiological functions,physical quality)and psychological measurement,data collection,sorting and analysis.The main findings:1.The influence of golf on the physical health of golf students1)The weight of most students decreased slightly,and there was a significant difference between the indicators before and after training(P<0.05),which indicated that the 14-week golf training was helpful for weight loss or weight maintenance(hypothesis 1 was verified).2)Golf professional students’ blood pressure and pulse index had significant changes,some men and women of the systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and pulse has a larger decrease,and systolic blood pressure and pulse two indicators before and after the training had extremely significant difference(P < 0.01),diastolic blood pressure before and after the training also has a significant difference(P < 0.05),and verified the golf to improve golf professional students may have great help to the cardiovascular system(to verify the hypothesis 2).3)Golf training does not improve the forward bending index of sitting body of students,but it is of great help to improve the flexibility of trunk rotation in sitting posture;Great help in improving balance;Since no specific lower-limb strength training was involved in the training,these 14 weeks of golf training had little impact on the explosive power of lower limbs.Swing is a whole-body coordinated movement that can exercise all parts of the body and improve the sensitivity of students majoring in golf(assuming that there is no difference in some indicators in the third part).2.The influence of golf on the mental health of golf students1)Golf has a good effect on reducing psychological pressure of college golf major students,and it has a better effect on decompression of female(P< 0.01)than male(P<0.05).This also proves that outdoor exercise and outdoor environment can relieve stress and make people happy(hypothesis 4 is verified).2)Golf can reduce students’ negative emotions,especially in the aspects of reducing students’ tension,reducing troubles and keeping students calm,and increase students’ motivation and self-confidence in learning and training(hypothesis 5 is verified). |
