Classroom teaching is a basic approach of curriculum implementation, effective teaching design is the precondition for the success of classroom teaching. The implementation of the high school biology curriculum also need excellent teaching design. The study of teaching design at home and abroad is quite rich, which provides lots of research basis material for this study. For "enzyme" is the basis knowledge point of the cell metabolism, and the section of enzyme has experiment ability improving as well as knowledge learning. Therefore, this paper presents comparative study of the subject of Instructional Design of “enzyme”.Through the vertical(before and after Curriculum Reform), horizontal(after the Curriculum Reform), and comparison of Chinese and American instructional designthe of this course.Multilevel compared the different and same place, provide reference for teachers in teaching design.The first chapter and the second chapter of this paper is mainly introducing the background of the research, research methods and basic theory of teaching. The third chapter to the fifth chapter focus on the comparison of enzyme teaching design. We found that the traditional teaching plan and teaching design is different from concept,content and ideal, it is concluded that after the curriculum reform, teaching practice should use instructional design to rather than teaching plans. We compared the teaching design before and after the curriculum reform including in three aspects.Firstly, analysis the teaching design by using the content method of quantitative analysis. Secondly, through case analysis, each element of the instructional design are specific analysis. Conclusion that excellent teaching design should have these front-end analysis, specific teaching goals set in line with the provisions of the standard curriculum and presentation can be evaluated accurately, teaching strategies are not constrained in the choice, teaching strategy is designed to achieve the goal of teaching, teaching evaluation design should be diversified and varied. And in the American teaching design, it promoted teaching plan and learning plan should both be prepared.It is suggested that when preparing in teaching design should avoid tendency of lesson plans, should design in all aspects and think comprehensively, in addition toteaching design also should consider the learning plan to facilitate the orderly and efficiently of the course.The conclusion of the last chapter, summarizes in three aspects,and applied the results of comparative designing the enzyme instructional teaching design. Proposed enzyme experimental teaching design templates. For high school experiment teaching application provides strong operational reference.
