Case Design Of Curriculum Resources For Biological Family Experiments In Senior High School

With the deepening of education curriculum reform,the importance of curriculum resources construction is becoming more and more prominent.Biology is an experimental science course,and the effective teaching of biology experiment can help cultivate students'core quality of biology.So,the new curriculum clearly points out that it is necessary to strengthen and perfect the biology experiment teaching,resource construction of biology experimental course is of great theoretical and practical significance.Yet,looking at the existing results of research,the main contents are focused on the development and construction of the laboratory experiment resources in the university,and the resources of external experimental courses,especially the family experimental curriculum resources,are very few.The paper,taking the enzyme series experiment as an example,examines the students' ability of scientific inquiry through test questions,and makes a family design for the enzyme series experiments.The main processes and results are as follows:Step one,according to the cost and accessibility of the experimental equipment,to find the appropriate living equipment.Step two,according to the obtained experimental equipment and the test results,design reasonable experimental scheme.Step three,take empirical research.The results show that the biology experiment can be carried out successfully at home with suitable sets of life experimental equipment.The above research results not only can be used provide certain reference value for the construction of biology experimental curriculum resources,but also can be used provide experimental resources for schools that have no conditions to carry out biological experiments.In one word,the study has important practical reference in constructing biological experiment curriculum resources.
