Research On Relation Between Professional Happiness And Generation Of Excellent Teachers

The ultimate goal of humanity is pursue happiness, promote the progress of human society and provide inexhaustible power.Excellent teachers are part of the teachers’ group, leading the development of teachers.Professional happiness is a teacher who gets in the teaching profession process, the need to be met, the value can be an experience to achieve, is a key factor in promoting the growth of excellent teachers.Research on the professional happiness generate Relationship with Excellent teachers, to improve teachers’ professional happiness and to promote growth of excellent teachers play an important role.This paper is mainly used in the case study method, select four excellent teachers of a Normal Primary School in Nanchang as a case study based on the principle purpose of sampling.Through interviewing with these four Excellent teachers,listening into the classroom,observing teaching reading logs and other methods, analysis these four outstanding teachers’ professional growth process,survey the overall status happiness of these four outstanding teachers,to investigate the relationship between professional happiness and excellent teachers.Investigation and analysis of the results is as follows:1、Generally speaking, the growth of outstanding teachers is not easy, but teachers from novice teachers to the growth of outstanding teachers,through the accumulation of experience, expert guidance, teaching reflection methods to reflect the general experience of the "non-interest" stage, a "virtual focus" stage, "survival concerns" stage, "mission focus" stage, "self-renewing concern" stage.2、 Excellent teachers with higher satisfaction teaching profession in teaching to get a sense of achievement and more positive emotions, happiness index is higher teacher, a good sense of happiness overall status of outstanding teachers.3、 Excellent teacher’s education beliefs, ideals of education, moral education and professional relationship happiness are: teacher education belief that teachers are professional happiness dynamic support; educational ideal career happiness lighthouse; moral education teachers Career Happiness source.4、 Relations of professional happiness and excellent teachers is close.More able to experience the professional happiness,the more they can become excellent teachers, professional happiness is to promote the generation of excellent teachers.The more excellent teachers, the higher the level of teachers’ professional happiness.
