At present, the state and society attention to higher education has become more and more urgent,Higher education gradually transition from the elite education to the popular education.Teachers in colleges and universities, as is the main force of college construction and development, has the right to pursue career happiness.Their career happiness, not only about itself, and more about the growth of college students and the development of higher education.Therefore, further study of the connotation of teachers’ professional happiness, analyzes the present situation of university teachers’ professional happiness and explore the ascension of university teachers’ professional happiness countermeasures has important value and significance.This research is based on the related theories of management,Refer to a large number of literature and Reference to previous research,with a university teachers as the research object,take conducted semi-structured interviews for five teachers Around the university teachers’ professional happiness,Carry out a survey of 160 teachers by happiness questionnaire. The Results are as follows:The overall situation of University teachers’ professional happiness is not good,remains to be improved.In five dimensions(physical and mental conditions, family, marriage, social relations, work status, Self-fulfilling) of university teachers’ professional happiness,Self-fulfilling become the primary factor to influence teachers obtain professional happiness.Finally puts forward some countermeasures to improve university teachers’ professional happiness.This paper consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,Mainly introduces the background of selected topic,The theoretical significance and practical significance,domestic and international Literature review,The main content, methods and innovations of the research, etc.The second part is concept definition and theoretical basis.The third part is the interview investigation for current situation of university teachers’ professional happiness.including designed the interview outline,carry out the plan, analysis, and extract the well-being.The fourth part is the model building and present situation analysis,Mainly adopts the method of questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis, analysis of the basic characteristics of respondents.The fifth part put forward promotional strategy of college teachers’ professional happiness, mainly from two aspects, four respects to analyzed.The sixth part is the conclusion of this study, including research conclusion, limitation and prospect.
