The Study On The Society Culture Of College Students In The Vision Of Organizational Culture

College students’ society culture is the spiritual wealth, cultural psychology atmosphere and its activities form and physical form which created in the long-term activities. It’s the sum of the students society’s material and spiritual wealth. The study of college students’ society culture has important effects on the construction of students’ society and campus culture, and it’s also significant for enhancing the students’ quality. The rise at the beginning of organizational culture theory is mainly for the field of management. With the development of the theory, more and more educators began to apply it to the field of education. As a student government organization, students’ society also has the culture. This study is based on the theory of organizational culture and select the example of Jiangxi Normal University. Through empirical research, we can understand the problems of College students’ society culture and find the ways of constracting students’ society culture.This study firstly summarise the concept of organizational culture and then generalize the connotation and structure of organizational culture:material Culture, behavior culture, institutional culture and spiritual culture.Further summarize the content and structure of college students’ society:the substances, behavioral, institutional and spiritual aspects of students’ society culture. All these make up the theoretical foundation of this research. Besides, basing on the model of Denison organizational culture to make the questionnaire of society culture in Jiangxi Normal University, and then analysis the participation, consistency, adaptability and mission of society culture. The study has shown that we can start from the three aspects to constract students’ society culture:firstly,establish the common orgamizational values to increase the consistency of society culture. Scondly, improve the capacity of members to increase the participation of society culture. Thirdly, improve the management of community ro raise the suitability of society culture.
