Study On The Ball Game Effects On 5-6 Years Old Children’s Physical Fitness

Objective:Ball forms, the use of ball games own characteristics, to ball games and young children into a ball game, can better enhance children’s interest in sports, so as to comprehensively improve the physical effects of child care, and ball games currently studies the impact of physical child has not been reported. Subjects and Methods:This study selected 60 children 5-6 years old, 30 men each, divided into an experimental group and a control group(n = 15 male, 15 female). Experimental group ball game(frog to catch insects, Perak pool, in single, I was Hercules, a small porter, dribbling shot) teaching, in accordance with a control group of kindergarten physical education program. Two teaching hours are 12 weeks, three times a week for one hour each time. Both groups before and after 12 weeks of each test once physical indicators(including tennis throw away, sit-dimensional flexion, standing long jump, 10 m shuttle run, jump straight feet, balance beam). The results:(1) the two groups before and after 12 weeks of body shape that weight, height, there was no significant difference.(2) the presence of the moving average heart rate in the experimental group compared with the control group, a significant difference, when the moving average heart rate that is higher than the experimental group.(3) 12 weeks ago, the physical index between the two groups and no significant differences, but there are gender differences in the tennis throw for distance indicators, namely: men better than female infants and young children; after 12 weeks, the experimental group of the physical performance were significantly better than the control group; In addition, after 12 weeks of teaching found that the experimental group were significantly improve physical performance, increase the amplitude of the control group was not obvious. Conclusions:12 weeks of teaching ball games have a more significant impact on physical performance 5-6 years old children, ball games can be promoted in teaching kindergarten. In the future it is necessary to further strengthen the proposal in early childhood education in exercise and physical development of children’s physical coordination, but also to strengthen the innovative preschool physical education, child care and further improve the comprehensive ability of PE teachers.
