At present,people's concept of physical education is not very advanced.The teaching methods and methods used in the teaching of children and adolescents badminton are more traditional,which mainly focus on skills teaching,pay more attention to the mastery of skills.The subjective experience of students participating in the training is low,and ignore the subjectivity of students At the same time,it also ignores the cultivation of students' interest in sports,which causes students to practice badminton only one or two hours a week in class,and seldom take the initiative to exercise in other spare time,which may eventually lead to the forgetting of technical actions,making it difficult for students to substantially improve their badminton level.Over time,students' sense of self-efficacy in learning badminton is reduced,so that This leads to the decline of their interest in learning.Therefore,in order to change this teaching situation,the research expects to use fitness games to improve their interest in badminton learning,better learning and mastering badminton technology,forming good sports habits and benefiting for life.Physical fitness game is a kind of intervention method to improve the quality of students in all aspects.It takes all kinds of specific games as a means of physical exercise.Its design integrates the characteristics of brain development,hand eye coordination,etc.,and has the advantages that other traditional sports games do not have.If it can be integrated with badminton training,great results will be achieved.This research adopts the methods of literature review,experiment,mathematical statistics,combined with the relevant theory of physical fitness,through 18 weeks of teaching intervention,to make a comparative study on the physical fitness game teaching method used in the practice of badminton teaching for 10-12-year-old children,and through the five level test of badminton children and some indicators in the national physique test to verify the physical fitness game for children badminton The impact of learning.Research findings:(1)The application of adapted fitness game in badminton training is feasible.The effect of fitness game training is better than that of traditional badminton training,and the difference between the two indexes of upper limb strength and sensitivity is statistically significant.(2)After 18 weeks of intervention,the scores of high distance ball,net release technology,racket catching and parallel running in the two groups were improved,and the level of badminton skill in the experimental group was improved by physical fitness game.(3)According to the statistics and analysis of the feedback information of the psychological scale filled in by the subjects,it is concluded that the 18 week intervention has a positive impact on the subjects in the experimental group in terms of sports well-being,psychological distress and fatigue,and the scores of the students in the experimental group in these three dimensions are significantly different from those in the control group.
