Sports resources to the existence and development of all kinds of physical phenomenon is important, if handled properly, or into the favorable factors of economic and social development. Colleges and universities because of its advantageous conditions, has the abundant sports resources, share resources and the linkage of the community sports in colleges and universities, not only can make the college sports resources get reasonable use, and to promote the development of community sports, build a win-win situation, and, more importantly, it will be great help for the latest national fitness strategy in our country.This text uses the method of documents and materials, questionnaire investigation, expert interview method, mathematical statistics and logical analysis,on the basis of related research at home and abroad visit, in nanchang area colleges and analyze the utilization of community sports resources around, to find out which blocks the development of the university and the surrounding community to realize sports linkage factors, provide a reference for relevant institutions. By investigating the following conclusions:1.Nanchang university sports resources are rich, have a fixed venue maintenance funding, but its venues open to the community sports resources shortage of the resources is not enough, the school sports resources serious waste phenomenon.2.Organize sports activities, community funds inadequacy, cause most activities normally hard, though there is a plan, a large number of joint activities are often at the time of implementation.3.Specialized colleges and universities and community sports interactive development policies and regulations, and the lack of management institutions in related management work is not perfect, service quality is poor, and because of the small propaganda way, single, and backward, and also can’t to communicate school and community sports activities to make due contributions.4.Colleges and universities sports instructors and the lack of full-time contact personnel lack of colleges and universities and their own quality of poor, also hindered the interaction between university and community development.It also puts forward the corresponding proposal:1.The government should increase investment in community sports, integration of sports resources in colleges and universities, and community.2.Tolleges and universities should improve the strength of sports resources open to the community, innovative forms of interaction.3.The community shall establish a dedicated fitness culture propaganda, introduced the corresponding regulations and management system.4.The community should strengthen the financing way and strength, benign development trend.
