| Sports public service system is based on the construction of the international tourism island,aiming to optimize and improve the construction of the Hainan township sports in vestment,provide convenient, safe and efficient public sports services and relevant products, promote the construction of Hainan international tourism island, arouse the enthusiasm of town residents to participate in sports to meet their physical fitness demand as well as achieve the goal of building bodies and cultivating sentiments, improve the township residents’ happiness index and get the island match the title of Longevity Hainan.With the method of documents, questionnaire, logical analysis, data statistics, etc, this paper first states the construction of the international tourism island, and then elaborates the origin, the development and the basic features of the public sports service systems both at home and abroad. Based on the related investigation and analysis, the paper also explores the existing problems in Hainan rural sports public service system like the object fitness, grounds and facilities, fitness guidance, information supply and organization and management,and puts forward the corresponding construction strategies. The conclusions are as follows:First.extensive mass fitness programs are performed well in Haikou and Qionghai and the gender difference in participation is not obvious. The choices of sports time are mainly affected by occupations, and the retirees participate with the strongest motivation due to their recognition in the function and value of sports.Sports consumption is mainly concentrated in the purchase of equipment and sports apparel, rarely in other aspects,especially in the expense of the tickets and sports newspapers and periodicals. Besides,characteristics of selecting sports fitness projects tends to be single and economic, and few residents choose the national traditional sports as their fitness project.Second.the places of residents in villages and towns in Hainan province doing sports activities mainly are open space and squares, but more than half of them are not satisfied with present sports facilities, most of whom dissatisfied with the varieties of sports facilities.Third.the low penetration rate of villages and towns in Hainan province sports instructors of social sports causes residents know little about self pulse-testing, sports health advisory services as well as the defection of being health. The township residents are less likely to be chosen to do random physical monitoring.Fourth.television and radio are the main means to obtain information, and therefore ways of information supply should be diversified.Fifth.towns in cities like Haikou,Sanya,Qionghai hold more large-scale events than other places,where the residents have more satisfaction. Affected by the form of sports administration,physical fitness activities are mainly carried out under the control of village committee, leaving the management mode of masses sports activities single.Sixth.based on the construction of the international tourism island, public service system of rural sports in Hainan province is constructed from five dimensions: the content of public service in sports,the allocation of material resources in sports,sports science and fitness guidance,ideas of sports information publicity, sports organization and management.Research proposals: Township sports public service system construction into the construction of the international tourism island; ensure the township sports public service financial funds in place; strengthening the cultivation of sports fitness service personnel; to improve the transparency of public sports information management system; strengthen the construction of public sports service. |
