Modern Education Technology Application In The High School Physical Education And Health Course Teaching Research

With the rapid development of science and technology, the deepening of education reform, people’s understanding of modern education technology, the modern education technology is combined with a number of disciplines and use, in the development of sports and health class also reached a certain level, this paper adopted literature review, interview method and other methods to investigate the traditional teaching mode of physical education and health class to carry out the situation and existing problems, and the results show that the students learning theory knowledge, skills, and peer relations and there exist certain problems in such aspects as interest in learning, so the research on the basis of the present situation of modern education technology combined with the traditional sports teaching mode and teaching practice, the results show that this new type of teaching mode can effectively make up for the teachers’ age, physical quality, professional, improve the deficiency of the aspects such as peer relations to improve students’ learning interest and improve students’ ability to actively explore knowledge, improve the students’ attention span and improve the operation proficiency, students’ learning technology is helpful for students to master the difficult point of technical action.The dynamic image of contextualized teaching mode to supplement the deficiency of the traditional teaching methods, perfect the teaching process to mobilize the students’ thinking ability and imagination, created a more good emotional atmosphere, meet the needs of students physical and psychological level, promote the development of students toward a more comprehensive. On the basis of this study also proposed the feasibility of the opinions and Suggestions to promote teachers to better teach students better learning, to cultivate high-quality talents in the 21 st century, contributes an own strength.
