Finance Management Research Of Shanghai YG Experimental School

Non-government-run education is an integral component of education undertaking. Non-government-run school is one part of China’s education system. Problems and challenges still exist in the development of the schools which fall within this category. Only effective measures and solutions to the problems and challenges are able to promote their healthy and sustained development. As an important part of these schools, finance management determines their future development and has much bearing on their fate.This paper, proceeding from three areas, i.e. financing channels, capital operation and fund distribution, presents a detailed analysis about the problems and challenges the non-government-run schools currently face and explores the underlying reasons. The analysis proceeds with Shanghai Private YG Experimental School as an example. Contemplating the status quo of its finance management, this paper elaborates on the problems facing this school in finance management area and finally proposes solutions to them based on the reasons under analysis.
