With the deepening of reform and opening up in China, the development of the socialist market economy and the speeding up of urbanization, minority population into the city to seek development. Minority population from ethnic regions, to development of social economy and culture of the city added new content, but also make the city is increasingly becoming the national population of mutual exchange, mutual collision hot spots. Ethnic floating population in the city into the situation is not only related to the ethnic floating population of urban economic activities and the expand of urban cultural life, but also affects the urban national relationship construction and city multi-ethnic harmonious social development.This study on the theory of ethnology and sociology, for Qingdao Korean into the group, select the chengyang district of Qingdao Korean enclaves of the floating population as the main survey sites, and through questionnaires, in-depth interviews and participant observation and other research methods to obtain a large number of real data and information. This article is about the city part of the floating population of ethnic minorities in China empirical research.This paper selected the economy into three dimensions, behavior, adaptation, psychological identity, as a standard of observation, and analysis, reflect the status of Qingdao Korean cities in floating population, to explore their into the facing problems in the process of the city. Through the analysis of survey data, data, the author found that Qingdao Korean migrants overall in high degree, but is still faced with in difficult, lack of social security, national education and cultural development limited, practical problems such as rights and interests demands were not met. Korean after came to Qingdao, in the land of diaspora, in to the han nationality culture as the mainstream culture under siege, as a minority groups of the floating population, from the overall is still "selective" into the economic and cultural life of the city. The integration process, both from social exclusion, from its own self.Finally, through the survey of Qingdao Korean city part of the floating population, the author on the basis of comprehensive analysis, and then to our country urban ethnic relations, for urban ethnic work, perfect the system of the national policy and work put forward reasonable Suggestions. Aims to strengthen understanding of the ethnic floating population this group, and help to better adapt to the urban floating population of minority nationalities, promote urban ethnic relations to a more harmonious unity of direction.
