The Research Of Social Support Of The Floating Population Of Ethnic Minorities In Guangzhou Under The Social Capital Of City

With the development of economic globalization and our country city urbanizationdevelopment, more and more ethnic population flows toward the eastern region andlarge and medium-sized city accelerately. The floating population of ethnic minoritiesbring the industry manages mode and adequate supply of labor for the inflow cityarea,and has played an important role for the inflow and outflow of economicprosperity.But it has also brought new challenges for the city management and servicework.This article is from the start of the social capital theory, researches on the socialsupport of Guangzhou ethnic floating minority population using the method of socialinvestigation and taking Ruibao Street of Haizhu District as an example. Through theanalysis of social support’s status and the problems about floating minority populationin Guangzhou city, I will put forward to breed social capital policy for Guangzhoucity’s floating minority population, in order to improve the construction of the ethnicfloating population social support system.The full text is divided into five parts:The first part is introduction. It introduces the research background and significance,concept definition and research content, the structure and the research methods aswell as the domestic and foreign research and literature review;The second part is theoretical basis. On the basis of briefly introducing socialcapital theory, it summarizes and reviews the relevant literature, analyzes therelationship between floating population of ethnic minorities and economicdevelopment and causes and characteristics of floating minority population;The third part is present situation and problems. Through analyzing social supportstatus of Guangzhou city’s floating minority population,I ’ll point out its existingproblems;The fourth part is experience and enlightenment. Learning from successfulexperience of strengthening floating minority population social capital cultivation at home and broad, some inspiration will be summaried;The fifth part is empirical research. Through the social investigation and statisticsanalysis of social support for Guangzhou ethnic floating minority population, takingthe Ruibao Street of Haizhu District as an example, I’ll come to some conclusions;The sixth part is countermeasure. This part will put forward some countermeasuresfor strengthening the social capital cultivation for floating minority population inGuangzhou city from the aspect of government, community, and social.The last part is the conclusion and prospect.
