Since "basic education curriculum reform outline (try out)"was issued In 2001, it was 14 years that school-based curriculum went into the school curriculum domain under the three-level curriculum management.Overall, the implementation of school-based curriculum has made a lot of rich results, but during the process of its implementation, in the development stage, implementation stage, evaluation stage, problems also came up more and more for management does not reach the designated position. The management problems for school-based curriculum is the most dynamic and the most important link. It has very important significance for the successful implementation of school-based curriculum, the healthy development of students’personality, teacher’s professional level and the school course educational philosophy. These management problems, however, has been the weakest link in every school school-based curriculum management. For these problems, Korean management problems of school-based curriculum in Yanji elementary school were chosen as the research object in this thesis, explores the of existing problems of management and causes, and further put forward a series of suggestions from the development of school-based curriculum, implementation and the evaluation on the management work, tried to provides real research theory and research results for Yanji Korean elementary school’s management level and implementation effect of school-based curriculum, It has very important theoretical and practical value to improve the management level of the school-based curriculum of yanji Korean elementary schoolThis paper on the basis of literature review, mainly using the method of questionnaire investigation, interview investigation and field observation in Yanji Urban and township Korean elementary school With 224 teacher as samples, including the principal,30 administrative personnel and 81 teacher in charge of classes, analyzing the results after the interview investigation and discussion, finally formed the following conclusions:the main problems in school-based curriculum management in the Korean elementary school are curriculum began to develop and implement under the condition of inadequate development foundation.In the process of the development at the end of the course evaluation management institution, management system relatively lack, staffed and training is relatively weak, under the condition of not fully implemented eventually leads to the inefficiency of the overall situation of school-based curriculum. Awareness of the management staff of school-based curriculum and attention degree of school leadership is insufficient; Guidance teachers’ understanding of school-based curriculum and teaching mode, and the lack of curriculum management method exits; Education administrative departments, parents and other external supervision lack of power,therefore, make the school-based curriculum development will not be able to further improve.Based on the above conclusions suggestions are as follows:first, to deepen the school leadership management staff’s awareness of school-based curriculum management, to strengthen the teaching staff’s awareness of management of the school-based curriculum. Second, to furtherly make the construction of school-based curriculum management system perfect, enrich teaching methods and curriculum management and curriculum evaluation methods, improve the effect of overall development of school-based curriculum.
