With the promotion of curriculum reform in our country,the country pays more and more attention to the development of students' personality.Under the influence of curriculum reform,more and more schools begin to attach importance to school-based curriculum and school-based curriculum development.More and more attention has been paid to the research of school-based curriculum management.School-based curriculum is a part of curriculum reform.Therefore,the study of school-based curriculum management theory can not only further enrich and expand the theoretical system of school-based curriculum management.It can also combine practice with theory to find solutions and solutions to a series of problems in school-based curriculum management in middle schools in our country at the present stage.In order to promote the development of school-based curriculum in middle schools in China,the author collects The related theory of school-based curriculum management takes D Middle School in Hechuan District of Chongqing as the research object,and makes a field investigation on the present situation of school-based curriculum management by means of questionnaire survey and interview.It is hoped that through this study,many problems in school-based curriculum management can be found,the root causes of the problems will be revealed,and targeted solutions can be formulated on the basis of this study.This paper is divided into the following parts:Part one: introduction.Mainly from the research background,research purpose and significance,concept definition,research summary and research content,research methods,research ideas.The second part: the discussion on the theory of school-based curriculum management.This paper mainly discusses the connotation and significance of school-based curriculum management,and analyzes and introduces the main body of school-based curriculum management,the process of school-based curriculum management and the method ofschool-based curriculum management.It provides dimensional basis for the following questionnaire survey and cause analysis.The third part: the investigation and analysis of school-based curriculum management in D middle school.This paper mainly adopts questionnaire survey,individual interview and other research methods to investigate the current situation of school-based curriculum management in middle school D in Hechuan District of Chongqing.The fourth part: the analysis of the problems and causes of school-based curriculum management in D middle school.According to the data of the third part of the questionnaire and the results of the interview,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the problems existing in the school-based curriculum management.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the school-based curriculum management of Middle School D in Hechuan District of Chongqing,which are as follows: first,the responsibilities between the multiple subjects of the school-based curriculum management are not clear;Second,in the process of school-based curriculum management,school-based curriculum planning is not scientific,lack of supervision and management of school-based curriculum,one-sided evaluation of teachers and students;third,the school-based curriculum management method is single and improper,and puts forward targeted reasons.The fifth part: the improvement strategy of implementing school-based curriculum management in D middle school.In view of the problems and causes of school-based curriculum management in schools,this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures for effective school-based curriculum management in D middle school:strengthening the responsibilities of multi-subject managers;To formulate scientific and reasonable school-based curriculum planning,to establish a perfect school-based curriculum management system,to strengthen teaching management,to improve the evaluation system for teachers and students,and to implement diversified school-based curriculum management methods.
