With the establishment of the "three-level curriculum" curriculum management system,the school-based curriculum development and management in the policy sense has undergone 14 years of development and practice since the new round of basic education reform in 2001.For more than ten years,the theoretical research of school-based curriculum has been deepened,practice and research have been carried out extensively,and the research results of school-based curriculum are still a very serious problem,which need to be solved urgently.School-based curriculum management is not only the main basis for ensuring the smooth implementation of school-based curriculum,but also an important guarantee to enhance the professional level of teachers and promote the healthy development of students' personality.However,the problem of school-based curriculum management has been a weak link in the school-based curriculum management,and has not been paid enough attention.Based on the analysis of the literature,this paper briefly introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis of the school-based curriculum development and management,selects the S-based menu-based school-based curriculum as the research object,adopts the case analysis method and the investigation and research method to carry on the in-depth study;This paper puts forward the strategy proposal of the development and management of school-based curriculum in S primary school,and puts forward the suggestions for the development and management of the school-based curriculum in S primary school.In order to promote the development of S primary school,the paper introduces the current situation and problems of school-School-based curriculum management level and school-based curriculum implementation results provide theoretical and practical basis.This study is divided into five main parts:The first part: Introduction.The research background,current research situation at home and abroad,research ideas and research methods are briefly introduced.The second part: the definition of the concept and theoretical basis.This paper defines the core concepts,namely school-based curriculum,school-based curriculum management and menu-based curriculum,and introduces the theoretical basis of this research,namely school-based management theory,multicultural theory and life education theory.The third part: The present situation of the development and management of school-based curriculum in S primary school.This paper introduces the development of the S-primary schoolbased curriculum development from the aspects of pre-preparation,system exploration,performance evaluation and so on by using the case study method and the investigation and research method.The fourth part: The problems of the development and management of the school-based curriculum.The problems in the development and management of school-based curriculum are summarized and summarized,including the problems in school-based curriculum development and management,the problems in the implementation of school-based curriculum and the problems in school-based curriculum evaluation management.The fifth part: The strategy choice of the development and management of the school-based curriculum.This paper puts forward some suggestions on the development and management of school-based curriculum,including the suggestions in school-based curriculum development and management,the suggestions in the implementation of school-based curriculum management,and the suggestions in school-based curriculum evaluation management.
