The Research Of College Students’ Mobile Learning Ability

The essential characteristics of mobile learning is highly portable, highly availability, and miniaturization, it is a new direction for the development of modern educational technology. Mobile learning break the constraints between time and space, to make up for the limitations of the traditional ways of learning, with convenient, openness and autonomy characteristics. The "touch" learning has become an important way for college students to acquire knowledge.First, the author investigate the constituent elements of the mobile learning ability deeply based on a plenty of relevant references at home and abroad and directed by the theory of constructivism and informal learning theory, put forward the main elements of the evaluation of mobile learning capabilities include: self-motivation ability, meta-cognitive ability, fragmented learning ability, communication and collaboration capabilities; secondly, design questionnaire form based on the four elements, select a representative of the different disciplines and grades of students for the survey by questionnaire to obtain the relevant statistical data of mobile learning ability of contemporary college students, and make a deep, detailed analysis of the statistical data from the four different levels of self-motivation, meta-cognition, fragmented learning, communication and collaboration, then make a conclusion of that " The Meta cognitive and collaborative communication skills are relatively deprivation in College students’Mobile learning", and sum up and carding other problems in the presence of college student mobile learning; third, aimed at the present status of the mobile learning of college students, proposed strategies and methods that improve and enhance the mobile learning ability of college students from two angles:an external guarantee system and the requirements of the students themselves based on the work above.Mobile learning is the future of a new learning model, and it will exceed PC applications in 3-5 years and have become an irreversible trend. The next step is the intelligent development of APPs that associated with mobile learning, as well as the supply of learning content. The innovation and breakthroughs of Mobile learning model represent the future.
