The 21 st century is famous for pursuing individuation,diversification,dynamicity and creativity.Based on the existing results of the research of learning ability,especially its connotation concept,elements composition,evaluation scheme and so on,this paper believes that learning ability is the combination of factors which related to learning and making students to "adapt even construct" Their future belonging to their own and meeting their needs.Those factors consists of three levels and seven elements.The basic level of learning,including two elements: the knowledge and skills,the ability of learn;the development level of learning,including two elements:learning strategies,the "will" in learning;the innovation level of learning,including three elements: critical and innovation,problem solving,transfer and application.Combined with Gardner’s Multiple Intelligence Theory and its evaluation scales and Bloom’s Cognitive Goal Taxonomy and its interpretation,this paper formulates the evaluation framework of students’ learning ability,and compiles the evaluation questionnaire to evaluate the unique learning ability for each individual to promote students’ personalized learning,customized goals,individualized success.Finally,the evaluation framework is applied to the students facing the new college entrance examination to evaluate their learning ability,combined with the interviews of teachers and parents,so as to verify the rationality of the evaluation framework.This paper is divided into five parts:Chapter one: Introduction.It introduces the background,significance,literature review,research content,purpose and method,theoretical basis,the innovation of this research,the shortage of this research respectively.The explanation of the existing research situation,introduction of the theoretical basis of this paper and the importance of individualized learning for students to show the value of this article.Chapter two: review the theory of learning ability.This chapter firstly analyzes the concept and connotation of learning ability;secondly,expounds the characteristics of learning ability,such as innate,life-long,dynamicity,individualize,self-constructive,etc.Finally,the relationship between three levels and seven elements of learning ability and Bloom’s Cognitive Goal Taxonomy was introduced.Chapter three: the design of evaluation framework in learning ability.First of all,it briefly introduces the evaluation principles such as evaluation for development,subjectivity principle,individuation principle and the principle of keep Up With the Times.Secondly,based on Gardner’s Multiple Intelligence Theory and its evaluation scales and Bloom’s Cognitive Goal Taxonomy and its interpretation,combined with three levels and seven elements of learning ability,an evaluation framework was designed to develop a scale for evaluating students’ learning ability.Finally,based on the design of learning ability evaluation scale and the calculation of learning ability evaluation results,each student’s unique learning ability report can be designed.Chapter four and five : the application of learning ability evaluation framework and conclusion.Applying the learning ability evaluation scale to the graduates who are about to take the new college entrance examination,through the calculation to form each student’s unique learning ability report,then coupled the interview with the students’ teachers and parents and so on,to understand the actual learning ability of the student to verify the effectiveness and rationality of the frame design.
