Thirty years of reforming and opening up, China has a huge social progress and profound changes that the growth of economic, the adjustment of industrial structure, changes in the social structure, transformation of people’s values and behavior. All of these show China is undergoing a rapid and comprehensive transformation. Under the background farmers work outside has become a social trend, flow out is just a family strategy for farmers to increase household income and improve their life. Rural half-flow family was the product of farmers to adapt to institutional change. Family as the basic unit of society, is a microcosm of society. In the family, marital relationship has become center of family relationships.In the author’s field investigation to J village found a special phenomenon which contrary to the mainstream research results that some wives who dependent on her husband in economic but have a dominant position in the family.Therefore, this paper mainly studied that the wife how to form this marital relationship under the half-flow background? How they interact in their daily life? So in this paper, based on Foucault’s conception of power, the author use phenomenological sociology as a tool for the analysis of various interaction of husband and wife in their daily life, in order to explore the power relationship between husband and wife in the family how to be shaped.A large number of rural labor flow to cities then formed the rural half-flow family, there are women stay home alone of this type of family at J village who dependent on her husband in economic but have a dominant position in the family. After field survey we found that women in the half-flow family at J village could use their "stock of knowledge at hand"and a series technology and strategy of power to increase their family status.To analyses the survey data we can conclusion that the reason of women "dependent-control" status in rural half-flow family was the increased role function,the enhanced emotion demand, the change of family structure and relationship networks,the modern culture of gender equality and the gender imbalance of rural marriage market. J village half-flow families tend to have multiple conditions of the above, therefore, women’ status as a "dependent control" has become a reality.
