Research On The New-generation Digital Campus Of Secondary Vocational Schools From The Perspective Of The Top-level Design

The age of China’s demographic dividend is gradually drifting away, how to change China’s demographic dividend into talent dividend then has become an urgent problem tha t China’s has to handle. As one of the main outlets of applied skilled personnel, secondary vocational schools have attracted much social attention especially its informatization. As a result,miscellaneous problems of the traditional digital campus have been revealed like information isolation,irrational resource distribution,ill-management,redundant costruction which are all obstacles in the development of secondary vocational schools.This paper tries to construct the new generation digital campus from the perspective of the top-level design considering the current status of the informatization construction of secondary vocational school and the applying process.Step onexonstruct standard system with standardized and normalized data and technology.Step two:construct basic framework to provide hardware support for the digital campus.Step three:construct three unified basic platforms. Through the construction of the unified information portal and sign-in platform,the unified management of the applied system can be achieved and inconvenience of too much application system can be overcame.Through the construction of the unified data platform,the data of the digital campus can be processed together so as to make sure that there is only one data collection channel, provide the corresponding intelligent decision support function to provide users with intuitive, accurate decision-making data support service.Step four:construct application system and varied display platforms to provide convenience for the secondary vocational school management and improve the efficiency.Step five:improve the management mechanism with several managements ways to guarantee the normal operation of the system.Lastly, based on the case study of the new-generation digital campus construction of a Vocational School of Zhongshan, this paper introduced the functional design of the missing module of traditional digital campus.
