With the development of information technology of education of the 21 st century,education boom of information technology is pushed up in the field of education, especially the most significant change of university education.Traditional teaching methods are inherited and innovated by multimedia teaching,multimedia teaching facilities are becoming a very important part of classroom education of university,especially being made from multimedia computer, projector, screen and other teaching equipment constitute,multimedia classrooms which are based on presenting digital educational resources are a lot of construction,almost covering the space of the entire university,simultaneously making multimedia teaching methods in university become popular during classroom teaching,it is widely popular.However,precisely because it is widely popular in teaching practice,making all sorts of multimedia teaching objective exposed flaws and shortcomings in the teaching practice.Although there are mostly related research in recent years for multimedia teaching,investigations of a large number of multimedia teaching in the design are not comprehensive enough,classroom observation is not detailed,some problem analyse is sloppy,the breadth and depth of objective analyse is not enough.The lack of research in a way is leading to the multimedia teaching survey inaccurate, the details of the analyse is not specific enough.It is necessary to continue to dig further along the senior academic research, further to strengthen the present situation research about multimedia teaching from a different point in view of multimedia teaching innovation.The study is based on a large number of objective environment of multimedia teaching of Northwest Normal University,Based on this typical Northwest Normal University which has a hundred years of school being in the trend of the modern education reform,simultaneously I have a long-term learning experience of classroom lecture at multi-media teaching and related academic research in Northwest Normal University.I am clear about objective environment and the teaching situation of Northwest Normal University,the major aim is to studty the present situation about multimedia teaching.The writer based on analyzing a large number of multimediateaching issues and related multimedia teaching case situation, and the history of the development of multimedia teaching,and combined with the new situation and new information age development, sum up a relatively complete investigation and research program,the writer study four parts mainly which are from the multimedia classroom teaching and which are not be missed: teaching environment, teachers, students,multimedia courseware to analysis multimedia teaching situation in different objects.meanwhile,it is based on the depth study of the development of domestic and international context of multimedia teaching, the basic factors of multimedia teaching,the ministry of education policy document about multimedia teaching, the assessment system of multimedia teaching classroom,to design teacher and Student questionnaires, interview outline, develop classroom observation record form,collect classroom multimedia courseware.The main aim of questionnaires to the evaluation of teachers and students is to understand the attitude of the multimedia teaching clearly,and classify multimedia teaching problem,Then using classroom observation,the aim of the way of content analyse is to verify multimedia teaching problem,profound multimedia teaching problems in the deep.On this basis, the use of interviews to find the cause of the multimedia problem.Finally,to put forward the conclusion of the present situation about multimedia teaching,and to put forward high-quality multimedia teaching strategies,and to provide specific and feasible methods for improving the quality of multimedia teaching.meanwhile,during the study,with thankful heart, realistically offer suggestions, serve the education of Northwest Normal university.
