Research shows that there is a positive correlation between the degree of economic growth and the entrepreneurial activity. Since China’s reform and opening up, the economic continuous grow fast,it is also directly related to the intensive entrepreneurial activity promoted by the reform. The employment of college students has been implemented market-oriented, in such a huge change, entrepreneurship of college students has become a new career mode operation, and this mode has conforms to the trend of the times. Entrepreneurship is an important driving force of social and economic development, it achieves a win-win situation of individual entrepreneurs and society, not only solved the problem of individual entrepreneurs, but also solve the problem of employment for the society, in addition,the entrepreneurship of college students also promote the development of economy and the progress of society. The survey conducted by undertaking 7 research institutions such as Tsinghua University, Nankai University displayed that "although the current employment situation is extremely harsh, only a few of the students expressed their willingness to try to venture, the majority of people are unwilling to put it into practice", which shows that the entrepreneurial psychological condition of university students is not optimistic, entrepreneurial fear has become the important factor that hinder the students to start their own business. College Students’ entrepreneurial fear is a kind of intense emotion experience that college students are unable to cope with. Before starting they will naturally have a fear response because of the lack of understanding,it would adversely affect the development of college students if this fear persists.The emergence of College student’s Entrepreneurship fear psychology has many reasons:for example,the lack of objective evaluation of their own entrepreneurial ability,actual situation about the low success rate on college student entrepreneurship,the lack of loose entrepreneurial environment conditions, entrepreneurial start-up capital is inadequate supply, these factors have relate to the phenomenon of college student’s entrepreneurship fear psychology. Compared with the western countries, the gap of the number and quality of college students’ entrepreneurship in China is often wide. There are many factors influence this,but from the theory of quality,the lack of entrepreneurship psychology is the main influencing factors about the college student entrepreneurship. Therefore, to cultivate good Psychological quality of College student entrepreneurship,must help them remove the psychological barriers. So, what urgent need to solve the problem is how to overcome the psychological fear and hat are the specific factors about college student’s entrepreneurship fear.In this paper, the method of questionnaire survey will be used to survey core self-evaluation, entrepreneurship willingness, entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial ability, fear of failure, fear of success, fear of criticism, fear of change.On the foundation of combing the relevant literature of the entrepreneurial fear, core self-evaluation, entrepreneurship willingness, entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial ability, four hypotheses are put forward. Through the analysis of the data, independent t test were used to test the first hypothesis, that the group in high goal play better on entrepreneurial fear than those in low goal.Then multiple regression analysis was used to verify the other three assumptions, test entrepreneurship willingness, entrepreneurial attitude, entrepreneurial ability have significant effects on entrepreneurial fear. Based on the conclusion of the above analysis constructive suggestions were put forward.
