The Influence Of Emotional Intelligence,Family Characteristics And School Experience On College Students' Entrepreneurial Intentions

This study takes college students as the research object,supported by survey data from nine universities in Beijing,and based on the empirical analysis to study the influencing factors of college students 'entrepreneurial intentions,of which,the focus is on the level of emotional intelligence,parental upbringing methods and entrepreneurship education The study found that boys 'entrepreneurial intentions are significantly higher than girls'.In the field of EI,college students' empathy and self-motivation abilities have a significant positive impact on their entrepreneurial intentions.In the field of family characteristics,"parental employment values","funding(experience)support" and "permissive parenting" have a positive and significant impact on students' entrepreneurial intentions;the "only child" status and "father's education level" have a negative and significant impact on students 'entrepreneurial intentions.In field of school experience,the "school level" will significantly affect the entrepreneurial intentions of college students.The study puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects: paying attention to the cultivation of EI,introducing EQ education into entrepreneurship education,fostering a family environment that can stimulate college students 'entrepreneurial intentions,and forming a college environment that can help enhance college students' entrepreneurial intentions.
