Henan province is a agricultural province with large population,which has large gap between rich and poor and imbalance resourse supply. This leads to some social unfair phenomena, reflected on education obviously, especially on adult education. While the participation of social organizations, which makes the new opportunity for the development of adult education. By analyzing the current situation of adult education and the present situation of the social organization in Henan Province,and studying the social organizations to participate in adult education activities of Henan province according to the specific case, the results Which has achieved and the existing problems, analyzing the causes of the problems, and gives the strategy and suggestion by learning from the advanced experience at home and abroad.The first chapter of this article firstly elaborated the background and significance of the topic, defined the concept of the adult education and social organizations, except for that, doing the research through the methods of literature research, case analysis, participant in observation and interview, comparative analysis and so on. The second chapter expounds the significance of adult education for the economic and social development of Henan Province.By studying the present situation of the development of adult education, and analyzes the existing problems in the field of adult education in Henan province. The third chapter expounds the necessary and important historical mission of social organization to participate in adult education. According to the analysis on the development process of all kinds of social organization, introduces the reasons and feasibility of social organization emerging in the field of adult education. The fourth chapter takes the Dunfu Academy of Kaifeng city as an example which participate in adult education as social organizations.According to the methods of field trips, interview and other forms of complex, have a comprehensive understanding about the course arrangement, teaching mode, management and operation of Dunfu Academy, and also found some problems. In the fifth chapter, on the basis of the fourth chapter, analysis the positive impact and the common problems exsisting in the current environment of social organizations to participate in adult education activities of Henan province further in-depth an objective.The problems mainly concentrated in the lack of correct understanding, the lack of a good policy environment, the lack of effective source of funds, the lack of effective supervision in four aspects. According to the existing problems of the fifth chapter,The sixth chapter puts forward to strengthen the propaganda and guidance, improve policy environment, widen the financing channel, perfect the supervision system suggestion.
