Chinese Language and Literature is the basis of subjects, and is the fundamental tools of study and work. Study Chinese Language and Literature is important to everyone. But in the College Professional Counterpart Admission, Chinese Language and Literature teaching has a poor situation. Students as the main body of teaching activities, there are a lot of problems about themselves :the study enthusiasm is down, the leaning methods are inappropriate; the level of students is uneven. Teachers as the dominant of teaching activities, their teaching methods are old, teaching means are single, the relationship between teachers and students is weak. The teaching material as the main medium to contact teachers and students, the texts are arcane and can not meet students’ demand. How to change the situation? We should to clear their learning goals, improve their initiative and enthusiasm, grasp learning methods suit for themselves, for example:the small steps learning method can elaboration their learning content, and they could learning step by step.Teachers should to improve their ethics, and make a good relationship with students, let the learning environment harmoniously. Then, teachers need to take a variety of teaching media and methods, rich interesting. Teacher can use hierarchical teaching method combine with the actual teaching situation, and make the learning task varies from different students’ demand. The teaching material could give priority to vocational schools’ material, select middle school’s texts. We can though some sides of the fence to make the Chinese Language Literature of College Professional Counterpart better.
