Since 2001, the new curriculum standard (experimental draft) has been carried out, China’s education reform for the compulsory education in elementary school officially kicked off, to 2005, the new curriculum standard (experimental draft) the scope of the promotion basically has coverage to the whole country. Nanchang City in 2012 began to implement the new curriculum standard (Revised), as a system engineering involving a wide range of, primary mathematics new curriculum reform inevitable based on Realization of the execution of it contains the concept of education and teaching goals. So concerned about current status of Nanchang City elementary school mathematics new curriculum standard implementation, timely found the existing problems and deficiencies, combined with the actual situation of the formulate for countermeasures, to ensure the smooth implementation of the primary mathematics new curriculum has a very important significance.This paper in Nanchang City elementary school mathematics new curriculum standard implementation status as the research object, primary school in Nanchang area by appropriate screening, identified the 12 city elementary schools as sample selection, then identified the nine primary sample of schools, and ultimately determine the set the object of the research for the implementation of the new curriculum standard of the second grade math teachers and students of grade two, has determined the sample of teachers to 23, the sample of students for 466 people, after a series of investigations.
