Since the reform and opening up policy,China's education industry has flourished.Especially in the 1990 s,China began to implement a new education system,such as popularizing nine-year compulsory education and various other forms of education and training.Nowadays,we have education in China.The business has got a fresh development.Under this background,and under the influence of the "new round of basic education curriculum reform"(hereinafter referred to as the "new curriculum reform"),extra-curricular tutoring facilities in primary and secondary schools have mushroomed and have developed rapidly in the recent decade.The number of tutoring institutions has grown rapidly.However,many private tutoring institutions in primary and secondary schools have contradicted the needs of students and parents in terms of educational goals,educational conditions,learning content,teaching methods,and core concepts,which have brought many new problems to education and the market,such as occupation,urgent to research and solution.This article uses literature analysis and questionnaire survey methods to explore the progress status and countermeasures of extracurricular tutoring institutions in primary and secondary schools from the aspects of teaching methods and market operations of extracurricular tutoring institutions.First of all,in order to fully understand the relevant research of extracurricular tutoring institutions in primary and secondary schools,the author has consulted a large number of literature on theories,markets,policies,and current status of tutoring in the four areas,and has provided extracurricular tutoring services for primary and secondary schools in terms of market competition and teaching theory.The connotation,existence reasons,status qua and development trend are summarized to provide a theoretical basis for this study.Secondly,the author selected three representative primary and secondary schools extracurricular tutoring institutions in Nanchang as the research subjects,and conducted questionnaire surveys on 156 students,parents and employees,and conducted interviews with some of them.In addition to conduct an inquiry into the basic situation of the students,the teaching situation,service quality,management model,and existing problems of these counseling institutions were also investigated.Finally,the author combines her own work experience to describe the status qua of the extracurricular tutoring facilities in primary and secondary schools in Nanchang,and analyzes the existing problems and the reasons for the problems.It also present suggestions for further promoting the healthy development of extracurricular tutoring institutions in primary and secondary schools in Nanchang.The full text research content is divided into the following parts:Chapter One Introduction.Including the research background,research significance,research methods and content,innovations and deficiencies.The second chapter is linked to the research and theory of extracurricular tutoring.Including related research status of domestic and foreign private tutoring,and the theory of extracurricular tutoring from market theory and teaching theory.The third chapter is the current situation of the development of extracurricular tutoring institutions in primary and secondary schools in China.Including our country's primary and secondary school overview of tutoring,primary and secondary school extracurricular tutoring agencies macro survey and development trends.The fourth chapter investigates the status qua of the development of extracurricular tutoring institutions in primary and secondary schools in Nanchang.Understanding the purpose of the survey,survey sampling,and finally statistical survey data and make a description.The fifth chapter presents the existing problems and causes of the extracurricular tutoring institutions in primary and secondary schools in Nanchang.The sixth chapter develops the countermeasures for the development of extracurricular tutoring institutions in primary and secondary schools in Nanchang.Including the proposed countermeasures to improve,through the measures to promote the Nanchang primary and secondary school extracurricular counseling agencies to improve the quality of teaching,and to develop a wholesome extracurricular tutoring market.
