With the continuous development of China’s golf, golf because of the use of a large number of land resources, water resources and cause the people has a negative effect on golf, but ignored the investors and practitioners of golf land disputes the effects on the society. To that end, countries started from the government level to control the amount of golf course, but in the our country population, area, economy in terms of the number of golf course in our country, and the influence factors, such as the number of golf courses in China far cannot satisfy the needs of golf population. Insufficient supply and demand and the contradiction between the national ban on the course is mainly composed of the current lack of rational planning of golf course study, cannot be a reasonable guide to the construction of the golf course. Based on the above points, this article USES the literature material law, questionnaire investigation, expert interview and mathematical statistics research methods, such as golf land of Hunan province related research findings:1,The current existing eight golf courses in Hunan province, a total of153holes and more than20golf driving range,-and are now part of the stadium is in the midst of the examination and approval and construction phase.
